Light Emitting Paper

Scientists in China have developed a light emitting transparent folding paper. The thin paper is made By mixing wood flour bio compatible quantum dots -- nano scale, semiconducting crystals formed from zinc and selenium. This should allow for an advancement in folding electronics.

Now new lift gear made from carbon fibre will take you up to 1 Kilometre without stopping. The lift developed by Kone’s is also more energy efficient due to being lighter. Is it really new

I was reading this morning about electric cars being charged as they go along by pads in the road! This is not a new concept as it has been demonstrated before on programs like Tomorrows World and we know how long ago that finished. So why do we keep pretending this is new? why can we not admit our dads thought of it first and give them so credit.
