New Sulphur Limits Sydney Harbour







New regulations governing the amount of sulphur cruse ships may admit whilst in Sydney harbour comes into effect on 1st October 2015. The ships will have to use low sulphur  fuel  01% or less.

Is it really new

I was reading this morning about electric cars being charged as they go along by pads in the road! This is not a new concept as it has been demonstrated before on programs like Tomorrows World and we know how long ago that finished.   So why do we keep pretending this is new? why can we not admit our dads thought of it first and give them so credit.
