Space X to the Moon



Space X the independent company that has its own space program yesterday announced that  they are to send two private citizens around the moon next year. They will begin training next year for the journey over a distance that changes with the position of the moon. this can be calculated here.

Lift-off will be from Kennedy Space Centre's historic Pad 39A near Cape Canaveral, the same as used for the Apollo program. The Dragon 2 space vehicle will be used  after its trip to the International space centre.
