State Funeral or Not

At the end off her life we gave Mrs Thatcher a semi state funeral. We did this for two main reasons
The Falklands war and the miners troubles.

The question is will we give Tony Blair one for leading us in the Gulf war and for years of service just like Maggie. Has a president been set

Light Emitting Paper

Scientists in China have developed a light emitting transparent  folding paper. The thin paper is made By mixing wood flour bio compatible quantum dots -- nano scale, semiconducting crystals formed from zinc and selenium . This should allow for an advancement in folding electronics. Source UPI
